OUR HISTORY
ABOUT COBY AUTOS – ESTABLISHED IN 1987
Coby Autos was established by Joe & Maurice Coby in 1987. Initially dealing mainly in tyres, we quickly earned a reputation for providing excellent customer service and stocking quality / top brands at competitive prices.CAR SERVICING & REPAIR
Our business grew rapidly as did our range of services, and over the years we added to our staff with a mixture of fully qualified and apprentice technicians. Today, we have seven full time fully qualified mechanics. With the latest technology and equipment available in our workshop – including a full NCT Test lane – we can cater for any and all issues your car or vehicle may have – all at extremely competitive prices.
We are ideally located on the Naas Road adjacent to the Red Cow. So, if you need your vehicle looked at you can leave it with us and easily get into the city centre (or elsewhere) via several major bus routes, taxi or by taking the LUAS.

CAR SERVICING
At Coby Autos we offer three levels of car service Basic, Intermediate and Full Service. Which level of service you need will depend on when the car or vehicle was last serviced, and if there are any problems or issues with it.

PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTIONS
Don't buy a banger - Pre-Purchase inspections are essential! With a fully equipped NCT Test lane and a suite of diagnostic computers at our disposal, Coby Autos are the people to carry out pre-purchase inspections on any vehicle you're thinking of buying.
Buying a car is a significant investment. Pre-testing affords you peace of mind and could prevent you buying a BANGER!
PERFORMANCE & MODIFICATIONS
Did you know that a ECU (Engine Control Unit) Remap (or re-programming your car's computer) can yield up to a 30% increase in power and a 10 - 15% increase in fuel econony?
Equally, problems with car engine tuning and DPF (Diesel Particulate Filters) becoming blocked can cause your car to completely loose power, limiting top speeds of 30 - 40kmph.
